Our history, our future
The company was born from the initiative of two young siblings, Anna and Mattia Casagrande, who in 2013 decided to capitalize on the long family tradition in the textile recycling sector: thus breaking away from the family business, they developed a spin-off dedicated to recovering inventories from the great knitters of Italian high fashion, in order to assign these same inventories a new placement on the market in stock.
The great wealth of experience and knowledge in the industry inherited from the family, and the ever-increasing market demand for quality and Made in Italy yarn have enabled us to grow rapidly, gradually expanding not only the capacity of our offer in terms of quantity and variety of material, but also our ability to meet the needs of an increasingly diverse clientele, including geographically.
The Mission
The young and dynamic spirit of our business model enables us to offer flexible and quick but also professional and competent service. It is precisely the historical skills we inherited and then expanded that grant us the credibility to maintain virtuous relationships with spinning mills and major textile districts throughout the country.
A few years after our founding, we are proud to have become the benchmark not only for knitters and weaving mills, but also for foreign importers and international fine yarn retail. We guarantee our customers a consistently high quality product by selecting only the best made-in-Italy brands.
In our future, we intend to confirm our corporate mission of spreading the highest quality Made in Italy textile around the world, while maintaining the curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit that have characterized us so far, to explore ever new channels of development.
Our ethics
Our company was born within the business of an entire family that has developed over three generations. We like to think that this sense of tradition and familiarity is reflected in our approach to work and in our relationships with our customers and suppliers. Trust, respect and commitment are our core values, which inform all dimensions of our corporate “machine.”
Yarn is in our DNA, we have grown up and become attached to yarn, and we treat it with care and great respect. Coming from the world of textile recycling, our ethos is also to ensure a sustainable disposal chain for our scraps, destined for remanufacturing. The desire to give unprocessed yarn a second chance is what motivated the establishment of this company, and it remains a priority for us.
